My top 3 tips to keep my legs looking great + ive entered the pretty polly competition

Tips

1. Exfoliate: I used to shave,or use that veet cream/hair removal, maybe once or twice a month (i'd wear leggings or tights if i felt concious about the hair). The main reason i did'nt do it more frequently was due to the fact that i noticed i would get polka dots if i did, (thats what i call them when the hair follicle becomes noticeably dark) ive been in loving my exfoliating gloves which helped eliminate that problem, also the FCUK sugar scrub (sold in boots for £5.11) and the body scrub's from the body shop which come in range of different scents(£5 each) help keep my legs silky smooth
2: Epilate: I got my epilator (braun Silk-épil wet/dry) back last august after my best friend raved about how much she loved hers, and i noticed that she didnt shave once throughout our holiday in Miami, while i was shaving every day. The first time i used it, im not going to lie, it terrified me, the noise had my flatmates come to ask me what i was  doing :|, but after a nice glass of rose, it was fine, and i love using this on my legs now, it leaves me with that freshly shaved/waxed feeling for days, you do though sometimes have to go over it with a shaver because once you start using it, the hairs that grow back are very fine and so the epilator cant pick them up, but all in all, once my hair growth cycle sorted itself out,i epilate my legs every 3weeks if that, so i would highly recommend investing in one
3: Moisturise/cream: I use my hollywood cocoa butter on a daily basis, as you'll see from the video,i do have quite a few scars on my legs, due to my tomboy days, but using my cocoa butter really helps, it wont completely eliminate all scars, but it has made alot of them as minimal as possible.

my first post,what to say,hmm

Hello all, :)
so i was talking with a friend the other day and we got to the subject of things that 'grind our gears' so i came up with a list, enjoy, and please comment
                                                                     xoxo

You know what grinds my gear! (Peter Griffin voice) :D
Health+beauty phopas :|

Ok first of all I'm gonna lay into the aunties out there that are constantly matching their Ankara with their lipstick! Aunty really, icy blue eyeshadow+lipstick to match your outfit, cam on(african accent ) Its not nice
People who pick their noses in public, err heard of a little invention called a tissue!
Ooo another add on the nose related, people who sneeze, and then wipe their germs on the rails on the tube, blergh!!!!!you people are the reason I'm addicted to sanitizers!
People with uni-brows :|,creeps me out, makes me think there's a hairy caterpillar on your face, tweeze it, thread it, do whatever, just get rid of it!
Speaking of eyebrows, another one for the aunties who use red lip liner as a substitute for eyeliner!why!?!were you born with red hair on your head and dyed it black, seriously what’s the explanation for that?
Another train related one, you know when your on a packed sweaty tube, and the guy/woman reaches up an pretty much lets you know that they haven’t had a shower this morning and unleash their stench on you yeah, its not nice and there's no where to run to so you jst have to bear it till the next stop.
I personally had this happen to me, people who think that its ok to fart on a packed train, IT IS NOT OK! There I was sitting on the Victoria line minding my own business, and then out of nowhere I smelt it, it was like I had been slapped, the complete shock of it, and it was like a tidal wave, I smelt it, then the woman next to me, then the person next to her,  and it wasn’t a thing of where the smell disappeared, nope it lingered like it was trapped!  On a packed train! I honestly believe that people that think its ok to do this should be given a life long ban from public transport, and when faced in these sort of situations im always glad and thankful I religiously carry perfume or some sort of spray
People who think its ok in the summer to come out and not bathe or brush their teeth, yes its obvious and yes I can smell you, and yes you smell STALE, its 2011 people you can get a spray for less than a pound there is no excuse!
People with bad odour, breath anything of that genre, or when they yawn and you can tell that they hav’nt opened their mouths in hours as my lil sis would say ‘that’s peak’!
Girls who use makeup to make pancake on their faces-stop it! Stop it now!especially those girls who take that fake tanning stuff overboard, ive seen some Caucasian girls darker than me especially up Bluewater…
Ok I know this is not really health or beauty related, but you know when guys when you sit on the tube/bus/train and their legs are wide open, and the only available seat is next to them and you left with half a seat to sit on  please just close your legs ok, its not that big, and I pay jst as much as you do for the service so  CLOSE IT
Speaking of closing it, men please take care to follow this rule if your wearing cycling shorts, I do not need a full view of your unmentionables!

That's all for now folks
